True or false- The graph of a linear inequality is a solid line?

I thought it could be solid or dashed depending on your answer. So is the statement above true or false?True or false- The graph of a linear inequality is a solid line?
its false. Ya you make a line, but you end up shading in half the coordinate plane because all of those places meets the inequality. for example, if it was y %26lt; x. you would draw y = x (dotted because its less than, not less than or equal to) then shade everything below that line.True or false- The graph of a linear inequality is a solid line?
It depends. If you end up with an answer that has an '....or equal to' sign, then it's solid, if it doesn't, the line is dashed.
false!
true
I DON'T REMEMBER!!!! lol
