True or False. Some electrons in atoms have resonant frequencies that match the frequency of white light.?

Also, is it the same with blacklightTrue or False. Some electrons in atoms have resonant frequencies that match the frequency of white light.?
White light is composed of different frequencies in visible wavelengths. So my answer is true.

Black light? Frequencies of light lower or higher than visible light will appear nothing to our eyes. Though we cannot see it, those are capable of exciting electrons in different frequencies.
