True or False: people put down others because they feel insecure with themselves on?

I've had people who have felt bad about themselves put me down but I've had people who have claimed to be confident put me down as well. The thing is though, if they are as confident as they claim they are then wouldn't they not put anybody down in the first place?True or False: people put down others because they feel insecure with themselves on?
People who do that do feel insecure deep inside.. they are envious of others.. or fear others might do something better.. they fear competition.. they are immature and the only way they can think of to retalliate.. as they lack the art of talking sensibly about this.. they backstab .. and gossip.. very immature and very sad.. they have a big problem and obviously their self esteem is not what you think.. some put on a front and you think they are self confident.. if they resort to this behavior.. they are deep inside insecure and immature.True or False: people put down others because they feel insecure with themselves on?
Some people do it to be assholes,some do it because they're heartless,but yes others do it because they are hurt and insecure.They think if they deliver the pain they feel to somebody else that they won't feel it no more
False...and.. true. Some research shows that ';bullies'; put others down because they have low self-worth. Different research shows the exact opposite.
depends. But when I feel insecure, I feel like I can't put anybody down cause I feel so low you know what i mean
